Daniel Kane - Principal Daniel Kane is a Managing Member, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. He has over 20 years experience in liquidations, appraisals, real estate, intellectual property, and various acquisitions. Previously, Kane practiced for over ten years as a CPA. In addition, Kane currently serves on the Board of Directors of Intracel Holdings Corp. and Vaccinogen, Inc. Previously, he was a board member of Official Pillowtex, LLC (which was sold to Iconix Brand Group) and Unwired Technology (which was sold to American Capital, Ltd.). Kane holds a BS degree from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
Albert T. Nassi - Principal Albert Nassi has more than 30 years of business experience, including the operation of multi-billion dollar asset dispositions and appraisals. A licensed attorney, he specializes in bankruptcies, reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and secured transactions. Earlier in his career, Nassi was a Partner in the Sam Nassi Company, the nation’s first retail liquidation firm. He has a BS in Business from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley and a JD from Southwestern University. His memberships include the American Bar Association, State Bar of California, American Bankruptcy Institute and the Commercial Finance Association.
Stephen Goldberger - Principal Prior to co-founding Tiger Capital, Stephen Goldberger was Principal and Managing Director of Gordon Brothers Partners, a Boston-based retail advisory firm. During his career, he also has served as President and CEO of Hills Department Stores, President and COO of Alexander’s Department Stores and CEO of Gallery of Gifts Shoppes Inc. (dba Kitchens Etc.). Goldberger holds an AB degree in economics from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard University.
